Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with BugPack Pro. If it isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email arisxiao0209@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address used at checkout and your order ID (from your receipt).
3. We will process the refund through our payment provider, usually within 5 business days. The time for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Your license key will be deactivated. The free version of BugPack keeps working.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but contact us if something went wrong (for example, a duplicate charge) and we will make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record. This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
